My second night was great; however, my first night was terrible because I had to stay in a room that had the smell of tobacco smoke! We were able to exchange rooms on the second night.

The ac did not work in our room and we were told they would fix it. We cam back later that day to discover it never got fixed and there were no other rooms available.

We started off with a toilet that didn’t work properly. We had staff show us how to make it work. Lol. Staff assured me that it was OK that it took two hours to fill up the tank in order to flush toilet…really? The window A/C unit was preset on a temperature that you could hang meat in our room. The issue was that the A/C unit controls were all blacked out and didn’t work. The unfortunate thing was that we found they had rewired the unit to work off of a thermostat on a wall 30’ away from unit…. Never seen this before. Would have been nice to have a small sign saying “look for T-stat to operate this window unit “. New owners. Recommend they fix each room before they rent them out.
